Ballin’ (Blueprint) Slot Demo & Review

Cruising the city’s streets in a supercar as the sun sets with plenty of cash on the hip, now that’s what I call a baller. Yep, this is likely a million miles away for the majority of us, but thanks to Blueprint Gaming, we can dream at least. How, you ask? Well, my friends, that’s down to the slot titled Ballin’ that, is ready to give you a taste of how the other half lives. That’s if you’re a fictional animal character, at least. And the vital stats? We’ve got 20 fixed paylines, an RTP of 96.01%, and a maximum win of 50,00x bet.

Moving onto the features, the base game is packed with multiplying wilds that can appear on reels 2, 3, and 4. A special mention should go out to the Star Wild symbol, which will reveal a multiplier value before moving upwards to cover all available positions into wilds two. As for the main feature, this is a free spins based bonus that comes with a standard version and an enhanced. Both include sticky wilds, but the star wild appears in the latter, drastically increasing your chances of hitting some big.

Blinged up and ready to go? Either way, be sure to try out the free demo slot of Ballin’ below to experience all of the bonus rounds and features for yourself.

Ballin’ Slot Theme, Stakes, Pays & Symbols

Ballin' Slot Paytable
Ballin’ slot paytable

LA, California, and Florida are places where you’ll find plenty of rich and famous people driving expensive cars, living a lavish lifestyle in high-end properties, dining in fancy restaurants and sipping on exquisite drinks in exclusive nightclubs. Slot providers would love to replicate this kind of theme, but doing so in the usual way is either extremely hard, or players just don’t feel the vibe of the game when playing. What we have seen, though, from animal characters taking the lead roles in such titles as Beast Mode and Phat Cats Megaways are some very well-designed games drenched in features from head to toe. So I was pretty excited to see that this was the route Blueprint had gone down with Ballin’. Unlike me who is now over 40 and finds my jeans getting higher up my body each year, this slot does have a bit of potential to be too cool for school. I guess we’ll find out soon enough.

Straight into the paytable, we go, and the top paying symbols are four different cats coloured red, orange, blue, and green, each paying 25x, 12.5x, 10x, and 5x respectively, for a five of a kind win. Completing the higher value symbols are the ring at 2.5x for a full payline and the watch, worth 1.25x if five match. Bringing up the rear for the low paying symbols, we have the Ace at 1.25x for all five, followed by the K, Q, and J, all of which pay a mere 0.5x for a five of a kind win.

You might be playing a slot based on money and wealth, but luckily it will not break the bank to get the reels spinning on Ballin’. Standard bet sizes start from as little as €0.20, eventually reaching a sensible maximum stake of €10. So if you have money to burn and want to high roll or just want to low roll your way to a few bonus rounds, there will be a bet between these two amounts that correspond to your bankroll.

Base Game & Modifiers

Ballin' Slot Base Game
Ballin’ slot base game

Blueprint has moved away from the standard reel set that you’d typically associate with a 20 payline slot and opted for a 3x4x4x4x3 format instead. Wins are awarded and credited to your playing balance when a minimum of 3 matching symbols connect on an active payline from left to right.

Wild Symbols

On reels 2, 3, and 4 only, wild multiplier symbols of either x2 or x3 can land in view. These will substitute for all other game symbols expect for the scatter.

Super Star Wilds

The Super Star wild symbol can also only appear on reels 2, 3, and 4, again revealing a multiplier value of either x2 or x3 when it does. In addition, it will also move upwards to cover all remaining reel positions above it in multiplying wilds.

Ballin’ Bet

For the additional cost of 25% on top of your normal stake, you can increase your chances of triggering the free spins bonus by toggling on the Ballin’ Bet feature. Having looked at the game rules, it doesn’t actually specify how increased your odds are, so I’d give this a miss if I were you.

Ballin’ Slot Bonus Features

Ballin' Slot Free Spins Feature
Ballin’ slot free spins feature

There is a free spins bonus round on Ballin’ that comes with two variations. To trigger either of these features you will need to land a scatter on reels 1, 3, and then either the Big Balls scatter or Even Bigger Balls scatter symbol on reel 5. Let’s take a look at how each of these bonuses works below.

Big Balls Free Spins

The bonus will begin with 10 free spins and each time a wild symbol lands on reels 2, 3, or 4, it will lock in place, become sticky, and remain there for the duration of the feature. Four additional spins can be won if a full reel of wilds is activated.

Even Bigger Balls Free Spins

For the enhanced version of the bonus round, you will begin with just 5 free spins. The Star Wild can also land in view during this feature along with the regular wilds that appear on reels 2, 3, and 4. Just as it does in the base game, this will move upwards when it lands, creating more wild positions on the reels. Fill any of the centre reels with wilds, and two extra spins will be awarded.

Bonus Buy

If the bonus buy option happens to be active in your jurisdiction, then you can purchase either of the bonus rounds for the following price.

  • Big Balls Free Spins: Cost 100x bet.
  • Even Bigger Balls Free Spins: Cost 150x bet.
