Pros
- A global multiplier comes into play during the free spins bonus.
- Cascading reels can award multiple wins from a single spin.
- Two bonus buy features can be purchased.
- If the top level is used, the RTP of 96.55% is high.
Cons
- There is a low max of 5,000x for a Megaway slot of this nature.
- Feels very much like Gates of Olympus and other clones.
- The reels don't spin in and just appear instead.
Bandit Megaways Slot Review Final Thoughts
We all know Pragmatic Play is a machine when it comes to game creation, with the studio pumping out dozens of games a year, so when a new release gets announced, it's often a mixed bag of what you can expect. I was initially quite optimistic when I saw Bandit Megaways, but after a few spins and a couple of bonuses, it became apparent the developer has just made a few tweaks to their Gates of Olympus slot and other clones, changed up the theme, added Megaways, and hey presto, it's a brand new game.
Some of you may prefer this variation, but there are so many of these games now, and not just by Pragmatic, that it's hard to see what makes one title more appealing than the other. However, I will say on Bandit Megaways that I don't like the way the symbols appear on the reels; I prefer them spinning in rather than just landing like a block as they do in this slot.
