Cash Truck 2 Slot Theme, Stakes, Pays & Symbols
It was certainly a game changer for online slots back in 2019 when Relax Gaming released Money Train. Not only did this have its own individual success, but it would go on to spawn a highly popular sequel, followed by a third instalment, Money Train 3. And there is now a fourth game in the pipeline, too, so keep a lookout for that. Obviously, the achievements of these slots obviously didn’t go unnoticed, and dozens of game providers have now made slots where the bonus round is similar to that of Relax’s Money Train series. Out of all the studios, though, it was arguably Quickspin who did one of the better jobs of replicating their version of it with Cash Truck, so let’s get stuck into their sequel and see what it’s all about.
The paytable has been divided into highs, mediums, and lows. So, starting at the top, we have the gold character as the highest-paying symbol worth 3x bet for a six of a kind win. Then, onto the mediums, and we have the pink girl valued at 1.5x for all six, the scary-looking green dude at 1.2x, the cool blue character at 1x bet, the first aid case worth 0.9x bet, and finally, the pink pistol and blue pistol worth 0.8x and 0.6x respectively. Last up are the low pays, which are the card suits, hearts, diamonds, spades, and clubs, which all pay 0.4x for a six of a kind hit. We do have a self-titled wild symbol in the game, too, which, whilst substituting for all regular symbols, unfortunately, carries no monetary value of its own.
The betting range on Cash Truck 2 offers plenty of options, with the minimum price to play starting at €0.20 and the maximum bet reaching €100. In addition, there are over a dozen other possibilities between these amounts, making the slot easily accessible for both low and high rollers.
Base Game & Modifiers
Every spin in the base game begins with a play area of 6 reels that are 7 symbols in height. This would typically give players 117,649 ways to win, but each reel in this game has between 2 – 4 symbols that are locked. If you successfully create a win by matching at least 3 symbols starting from the leftmost reel first, not only will winning symbols be removed from the reels, and new ones fall from above via a reel cascade, but between 3 – 5 randomly selected locked symbols will be unlocked.
Compressor Feature
This feature identifies regular paying symbols and removes them from the reels, creating empty spots on the screen, which initiates a new reel cascade. After that, a new evaluation of the play area will be made, and new cascades will be generated if winning combos have been made. After all cascades are done, the compressor symbol explodes in its place, removing the regular paying symbols around it. If there are any locked symbols around it, they are not removed but instead unlocked. After this, a new cascade and win evaluation will take place.
Cloner Feature
The cloner feature will select one unlocked regular paying symbol from the first reel and clone it into other positions on the reels. The cloner symbol itself will also be turned into the selected symbol. Once the symbols have been converted, the screen is evaluated, and new reel cascades occur if applicable.
Cash Truck 2 Slot Bonus Features
If three or more unlocked bonus symbols appear on the reels, then the bonus round will be triggered, with each additional scatter that triggers the feature adding one extra expander symbol. If, however, one of the triggering scatters was a super bonus symbol, the super bonus will be activated instead.
Truck Raider Bonus Game
The bonus begins with 3 respins, and all symbols that now appear include a multiplier value. Any time you land one of these or any of the following special modifier symbols, your respin count will be reset to 3. The bonus will end when you fail to hit a new symbol for 3 consecutive spins.
- Expander: This will unlock 3 randomly chosen locations from the locked area.
- Booster: Adds its value to all other symbols on the unlocked play area upon landing.
- Super Booster: Adds its value to all other symbols on the unlocked play area upon landing and on every spin thereafter throughout the feature.
- Grabber: Will add the values of all other symbols on the unlocked play area to its own value upon landing.
- Super Grabber: Adds the values of all other symbols on the unlocked play area to its own value upon landing and on every spin thereafter throughout the feature.
- Doubler: Doubles its value each time the spin counter is reset to 3.
- Cloner: Identifies and selects the highest value on the unlocked screen, grabs the amount into itself and clones it to some empty spots.
- Compressor: Adds the values of all the cash symbols on the unlocked area to itself and removes those cash symbols from the screen, creating more empty spots.
Super Bonus Game
This plays the same as the standard bonus game, except the super bonus symbol that was part of the trigger will be carried over into the bonus and transform into a Double, Super Booster, or Super Grabber.
Bonus Buy
If you are playing from a jurisdiction where the bonus buy button is active, you can choose to activate either of the following options.
