Many of the best slots ever produced have been branded movie/television series slots. Why? I’d imagine reputations are on the line here, and budgets for the productions often get a lucrative injection to ensure they come up to scratch. While Blueprint Gaming has released some of the better titles over the years, plenty of other developers have gotten in on the act. A variety of wild symbols are featured in Jungle Jackpots. Still, the one thing they have in common is that they all substitute for regular-paying symbols when they can create or enhance a winning combination. You’ll learn about the other perks of the different wild symbols below.
Mowgli’s Wild Adventure
You might notice that the book beneath the reels will occasionally flicker as you spin the reels. This hints that something is about to happen, as it means a chance to trigger one of four modifiers.
- Mowgli Wilds: Mowgli, in Mowgli fashion, comes swinging across the reels, randomly transforming symbols into wild symbols.
- Hathi Expanding Wilds: Hathi comes waltzing across the screen, turning reels completely wild in the process.
- Kaa Locking Wilds: Any Kaa wilds that appear on the reels will lock in place for several spins. You’re also tasked with the tough decision of which of three baskets to choose. That basket could reveal additional spins with the wilds locked in place, more wilds, or absolutely nothing.
- Monkey Mischief: These mischievous monkeys will pull some of the reels from above, nudging them so that a fully stacked symbol appears.
Jungle Jackpots Slot Bonus Features
The base game is already littered with some great modifiers, but as you’re about to find out, there’s so much more to come from the Jungle Jackpots slot. In short, four bonus games are triggered by landing bonus scatter symbols on the 1st and 3rd reels, followed by the bonus-specific scatter symbol on the fifth reel.
Baloo’s Cash Bonus
Landing the prerequisite two bonus scatter symbols and Baloo’s Cash Bonus symbol will trigger Baloo’s Cash Bonus, leading to potential wins of up to 1,000x the stake. Baloo will shake a tree so that gold coins drop into a meter. Once Baloo takes a break, you’re given the choice of two signs. One will reveal Continue, and the other will reveal Collect. The former gives you another round of tree-shaking action, while the latter ends the round by collecting the amount won.
Mowgli’s Cash Trail
As mentioned, you’ll need to land the scatter bonus symbols on reels one and two for starters before landing the Mowgli’s Cash bonus symbol to trigger this bonus game. Once the bonus triggers, Mowgli is tossed up into the air by Baloo and soon drops to land on a branch of a tree. Mowgli will then leap to another branch containing a multiplier value. Again, you get to pick from two options, one allowing you to continue or another that ends the bonus on that multiplier win.
Bagheera’s Free Spins
Landing the Bagheera Free Spins bonus symbol alongside the two scatters will trigger Bagheera’s Free Spins Bonus, which gives you 5 free spins of the reels. Thanks to a stack of Bagheera wild symbols, the middle symbol is completely wild during this feature. If a spin results in a win, all winning symbols are held in place while all remaining positions re-spin. If that re-spin brings new winning combinations or enhances a current winning combination, another re-spin is granted.
Baloo’s Colossal Spins
The best of the four bonus games is Baloo’s Colossal Spins, which, like the above Bagheera’s free spins bonus, awards 5 free spins, although there’s a chance for more. Before the bonus starts, elephants will stomp across the reels, potentially assigning additional free spins. As the name suggests, this bonus features colossal symbols of 2×2 or even 3×3 in size.

As there are so many bonus games, it makes sense you can gamble for the better ones. You can gamble for a better bonus if you trigger any bonus game aside from Baloo’s Colossal spins.
