Pros
- The mystery symbols are capable of delivering good wins, especially in the free spins bonus.
- I expected the max win to be much lower than the 10,000x it is, so that's a big plus point for the game.
- If you can get past the first few levels of the free spins bonus, the win potential really starts to crank up.
Cons
- If you fail to land the butterfly symbols early on in the feature, it's going to be a real struggle to win anything big.
- Some may find the base game a bit drab.
Jungle Queen Slot Review Final Thoughts
I've had a great time recently reviewing BGaming slots with Wild Card Gang and Alice WonderLuck both being standout titles that I enjoyed playing. That left me full of promise as I opened up Jungle Queen today, thinking that I could be on for a hat-trick of quality releases from the provider in a matter of days.
Those hopes were, however, quickly dashed, as even though the mystery butterfly symbols can conjure up a win or two in the base game, they generally leave you frustrated and do little to keep your bankroll in check whilst seeking out the free spins. Speaking of which, the game does get more interesting once you land the scatters and activate the bonus, but unless you manage to collect the butterfly symbols early on, you're going to be in for a low return, as the amount you need to collect gets higher the further you advance in the feature.
If you can get past the early stages, you might just unlock the game's potential, as each level you reach increases your win multiplier by +1, and as more butterflies are required each time, they tend to appear on the reels more often. Just keep in mind, though, that it's a tough ask to hit the required amount after you reach about x6 on the multiplier. My best advice is to try our Jungle Queen demo, and you'll see what I mean.
