The theme of the slot is of course ancient Egypt, and we’re transported to Giza where the pyramids oversee the game reels. Palm trees and an oasis can also be seen in the background, with Egyptian folk music accompanying the gameplay to the slot.

Cascading Reels & Base Win Multiplier
At the core of many Megaways™ slots is the cascading reels feature, and Playson has used it in Legend of Cleopatra Megaways™, but this time with a little bit of a twist. The mechanic will still kick into action every time that you create a win, with the symbols that are a part of any winning combo being eliminated from the reels and new ones dropping down to give more chances to win.
However, Legend of Cleopatra Megaways™ also includes the Scarab Badges which are located on the symbols that appear on the upper reel. There will either be 1, 2 or 3 badges on each of these symbols, and if any of those symbols are part of a winning combo, then their value will be added to your win multiplier that is located to the left of the reels.
This win multiplier will then be applied to all wins that you make in that series of cascades. Once you fail to make a new win, then the multiplier will reset back to x1 and you will need to initiate a new spin of the reels.

We’re also given a new way to trigger a bonus round on a Megaways™ slot, and this is achieved through clearing the upper reel of the 4 symbols that appear on it. As you are playing the slot you will notice that under the symbols on the upper reel is the word bonus, so once this is visible through eliminating the symbols covering it, then the bonus round will be triggered and you will be awarded with 12 free spins to begin with, as well as your win multiplier also being carried over.
As you get into the action on the bonus round, your aim is to again collect as many of the Scarab Badges as possible. Just like in the base game, these will increase the size of you win multiplier, but this time it will not reset after you fail to make a new winning connection. So if you have carried over a high multiplier from the feature trigger, you can soon end up with a big multiplier in place, which can lead to some outstanding wins.
If you can again remove all of the symbols that are covering the word bonus, then you will re-trigger the feature and be awarded with 5 extra spins. There is no limit as to how many re-triggers you can achieve on this slot, with the win multiplier also not being capped at any value.
