Medallion Megaways™ Cascading Reels
Medallion Megaways™ has a reel avalanche feature included in the base game and free spin feature. Many Megaways™ titles such as Temple of Treasure Megaways™ have used this reel mechanic and it is often referred to as cascading reels or falling reels.
Any combination of symbols that make up a win on Medallion Megaways™ will be removed from the reels and new symbols will drop down to replace them. To trigger any of the bonus features on Medallion Megaways™ you will need the Medallion to randomly trigger at the end of any spin. If it does then you will see the Medallion begin to spin and it will stop on either the gold side or the silver side, landing on the gold side will trigger either the expanding wild, the void respin, or the free spin feature. If the Medallion lands on the silver side then it can deactivate one or more of the features that you have active.

When the Medallion has activated the expanding wild feature then you are presented with a good opportunity to hit some decent sized wins. Each time a wild symbol lands on the reels it will expand the full length of the reel and also hold a multiplying value up to x6.

When the void respin feature is active the void respin symbol may appear anywhere on the reels. For each of these symbols that lands on the reels between 2 – 10 symbols that are not part of a winning combination will be removed and a reel avalanche will then take place.
