Pragmatic Play churns out new slot releases every few days on average, and that means we’ve had a hell of a lot of new ones to play since the turn of the year. That got me thinking about which have been the best so far in 2024. Well, as ever, it’s been a mixed bag from the developer, but there have been some quality releases. Judging by the foot traffic we get on the Sugar Rush 1000 slot demo, that is one of them, without a doubt, and Bow of Artemis is another that’s scored well in our reviews to date this year. As for other notable mentions, there’s Hand of Midas 2 and Medusa’s Stone, two slots I liked on a personal level.
Returning to this Pragmatic slot, it’s time we inspected the paytable of Money Stacks. The symbols are the classic types you’ll find on thousands of slots, and it’s the iconic Red Seven that tops the payouts. It returns 5x the stake for five in a row, while the Watermelon and Blueberry symbols are the best of the rest, with top payouts of 2.5x. The Berries and Lemons round off the premiums with up to 2x up for grabs. The Ace and King kick off the lower values and top out at 1.5x, with the Queen and Jack returning up to 1.2x and the Ten and Nine delivering max wins of 1x.

Aside from blanks, only the cash symbols and collect symbols can land on the reels. At least one collect will land on every spin and will collect up any cash prizes that appear on the reels.

While it's good to see something different from Pragmatic, the Money Stacks slot lacks originality, and the features are those we have seen on countless other slots from other developers.
