Space-themed slots seem to be coming back into fashion, or at least it feels like it for me. OOF, The Goldmine Planet is the third galactic-inspired slot I have reviewed in as many days, although neither of the previous two had me thanking the stars for playing them. One thing that stands out about the Oof the Goldmine is that the symbol payouts are fairly good, considering the slot is low to medium variance. The Wild and Scatter symbols pay 500x the stake for 5-symbol combos, although the scatter pays anywhere in view and is not required to land a cross a payline. The Planet is the top-paying regular symbol, offering 50x for five along a win way, while the Spaceship is next up with a 45x return. The Meter Reader, Lazer Gun, Alien, and Oxygen Tanks complete the premium section with rewards up to 35x, 25x, 17.5x, and 12.5x, respectively. Even when we look at the bottom end of the payscale, the wins are pretty damn good, with the Gold Bars, Ace, King, Queen, and Jack paying 10x, 10x, 7.5x, 5x, and 2.5x, respectively.
