Outlaw Saloon Slot Theme, Stakes, Pays & Symbols
Once again, we are returning to the Wild West as the theme for today’s online slot. It’s a popular setting for all kinds of games, and for good reason – the Wild West was the cornerstone of the American movie industry for decades, as well as providing the backdrop for countless television series and video games since the very beginning of the home entertainment revolution in the 1950s. How much more objective can you be than looking at the raw numbers, I ask? The game logo symbol for Outlaw Saloon will pay you 100x your bet for a full pay line of five-of-a-kind, followed by an eyepatch-wearing outlaw who pays 50x and may or may not be making an O sign with his fingers… it’s quite hard to tell! There is a female outlaw in third place worth 37.5x the bet for all five of her symbols, whilst the saloon’s resident magician is worth 25x for a full pay line of five-of-a-kind. I know we are all about diversity and so-forth nowadays, but I can’t help but feel that having two black characters in a game about the Wild West is a little bit ridiculous … it’s a bit like creating a game based around Native Americans featuring a bunch of white people; keeping things period-correct does not make you or your entertainment product racist, people! Can we stop the madness, please!
I initially thought that the minimum and maximum bets available in Outlaw Saloon were just €0.20 and €5.00 per round, but I couldn’t help feeling this had to be wrong. Indeed, it turns out that those figures are only correct when playing at the minimum coin size, and you can bet up to €25.00 per round if you wish to.
Base Game & Modifiers
Let’s talk about the base game next, which utilises the ever-popular five-by-three-reel layout and the three symbols for a win payout mechanic. This is the style of online slot which every player has seen a million times before, but there is a reason why it is so popular; it simply works exceptionally well!
Free Spins Badges
During the base game, you’ll want to collect as many free spin badges as possible to advance towards the three main bonus features. If you fail to do so, you will receive the payout for the first three gold bars – 50x your bet. If you do land another, a further re-spin is awarded.
This process can repeat a second time, too, with four bars awarding 500x your bet and the maximum of five bars paying the game’s jackpot of 5,000x your stake. Because of this, the base game of Outlaw Saloon is arguably more profitable than its free spins feature!
Outlaw Saloon Slot Bonus Features

Each of the three has a unique aspect to its gameplay, however, explained below:
Multiplier Free Spins
During this mode, additional whiskey bottle symbols are added to the magic second, third, and fourth reels, where all of the other bonus symbols in this game reside. Hitting one of these special symbols will add a 3x multiplier to any pay line wins awarded during that spin, as well as giving you a free re-spin, whilst two or three whiskey bottles will award multipliers of 6x or 9x, respectively.
These special symbols will also remain locked in place for the duration of the bonus round, effectively making this a sticky wilds feature and my favourite choice of the three.
Guaranteed Respins Free Spins
Don’t like Whiskey? Then how about Tequila? Catch yourself a shot on reels two, three, or four, and the game will once again give you a free re-spin; here’s the catch, though, every time you hit a Tequila shot, it guarantees that you will land another Tequila shot! A bit like drinking the stuff for real!
The process only ends when you hit a non-winning spin. Sadly, this happens more often than you would probably like… still, it’s preferable to the way drinking Tequila shots usually ends, isn’t it.
Cash Prizes Free Spins
Finally, wine drinkers are catered for in the cash prizes free spin feature, which adds another set of special wine symbols to reels two, three, and four. Each of these wine glass symbols is worth a cash prize of between 2x and 50x your bet, and once again, they will remain sticky for the remainder of the free spins round.
The prize awarded on each subsequent spin is not static, making the wine glasses potentially more profitable than the sticky whiskey symbols. Still, in my experience, this just never worked out as the result.

The presentation of Outlaw Saloon isn’t up to the standards of many other Wild West-themed games, but the payout mechanics and potential certainly are. You can win huge from this slot, which seems to be a long-running theme of Wild West themed games. Give this one a blast – I had a whole lot of fun playing it.
