Like many of the titles released by Realistic Games, Pentagram 5000 sticks to the core elements of online slots; there are just five fixed pay lines, although that isn’t so strange when you factor in the tiny 3×3 playfield, whilst the maximum win feels a little bit on the tight side – just 250x your stake. Conversely, the RTP is relatively generous at 97.45%, so I guess it’s swings and roundabouts here.
Those numbers make for a great start, for sure, and the inclusion of a free spins bonus round seems equally attractive, in my opinion. Many three-reel games omit any kind of bonus round as they weren’t the norm at the time that the first generation of these games was released, but as far as I am concerned, a modern online slot needs at least one real feature to make it attractive to most players.

Pentagram 5000 Slot Theme, Stakes, Pays & Symbols
With a name like Pentagram 5000, you would be entirely forgiven if you expected this online slot to be filled with devil-inspired symbolism and other nonsense. That is not the case at all, however, and most of the symbols used in the Pentagram 5000 online slot are completely innocuous fruit symbols. These symbols are intended to look as if they were pulled directly from the reel strips of a 1990s “pub fruity” and include Lucky 7’s and bells as well as the fruit. There is a “PENT” symbol on the first reel, a “GRAM” symbol on the third reel, and an actual pentagram in between the two designed to represent the missing letter A. As far as I could tell, that’s about as devilish as things get in the Pentagram 5000 slot game! By the way, for a pentagram to refer to the pagans or Wiccans, it must have a circle surrounding it – without this, people may confuse your intentions and believe that the symbol is supposed to represent Christianity, life, or something else equally lame. You wouldn’t want that now, would you?
Over to the paytable, I immediately noticed that the game informs you via a notice at the top of the screen that the maximum payout from a single round is just 250x your bet – far short of the 5,000x figure I had located earlier elsewhere. I have updated the opening paragraph to reflect this, as the numbers listed on the paytable suggest that 250x is indeed the correct figure. You’ll find the 250x jackpot listed next to the three Lucky Sevens combination, which far exceeds everything else on the paytable. Three watermelons will pay you 50x your bet for three-of-a-kind, while three bells or bunches of grapes each pay 10x. The oranges, lemons, and cherries each pay 2x your bet for three-of-a-kind, whilst landing “PENT”, “(a)”, “GRAM” on a pay line will award 2x your bet as well as ten free spins.
Betting options range from a minimum of €0.25 per paid spin to a maximum of €50.00 but note that there are only eight other possible wagers in between.
Base Game & Modifiers
I’m happy that Realistic Games decided to include a free spins bonus round in their Pentagram 5000 online slot, as without that feature, I would have little choice but to conclude that it’s kind of bare.
Take the base game, for example; a three-by-three reel set with just five fixed paylines and winnings paid only for hitting three consecutive symbols from left-to-right. That’s about all we would like to discuss between now and the end of the review! As it stands, however, this is a classic slot with a bonus round – a welcome addition, in my view, that makes the difference in terms of how long this type of game will hold your interest.
Pentagram 5000 Slot Free Spin Feature
To trigger the bonus round, you need to hit the special “PENT” and “GRAM” symbols on the first and third reels, respectively, and the pentagram symbol on reel two. If you can catch all three of these on a payline, then you are in luck – ten free spins will be yours.
The free spins feature will throw you 2x your stake immediately upon being triggered, after which ten free spins will play out automatically. In this mode, the pentagram symbol becomes a 2x multiplier wild; however, the maximum win is still capped at the same 250x your bet, so a full pay line of the highest-paying Lucky Sevens with a pentagram will still only award 250x your stake, and not 500x. This is unfortunate, but I guess the winnings cap was chosen with consideration for what type of game Pentagram 5000 is… classic slots often had much lower win caps than this, so I guess things aren’t so bad overall.
Pentagram 5000 Slot Review Final Thoughts
I can’t expand too much on what has already been said about Pentagram 5000 – classic slots are often very basic, but the inclusion of a free spins feature here gives you something to aim for and successfully breaks up the monotony of the base game action.
. It isn’t my preferred type of game. Still, there is definitely a market for this type of online slot that is critically underserved at present, making Realistic Games contribution a welcome one.
