There’s a reason the Viking theme is used more than most others on slot games, and that’s because it has proven a great source of material for many other releases in the past. Raiders of the North is a slot with five reels, up to four rows, and up to 1,024 ways to win. I say up to because initially, the play takes place on a 5×3 configuration. You’ll unlock the fourth row after collecting enough of the Ship symbols, which is something I’ll get into later. Winning combinations are formed when three or more matching symbols land across successive reels starting from the first reel.
Flying Wild
Valkyrie represents the wild symbol on Raiders of the North, and it will substitute for all regular symbols whenever a win is possible. As for the Flying Wild feature, this can trigger randomly on any base game spin or during the free spins bonus.
The Flying Wild will appear in a random position on any reel except reel one, and all low-value symbols will disappear from the reels. This feature is guaranteed to create a win.
Treasure Island & Reel Wild
Initially, the fourth row on the Raiders of the North playing grid is replaced by a map that charts a ship’s progress. As you spin the reels, any ship symbols that appear are collected, and the Ship progresses across the map.
