Game Overview
One of the worlds most famous gameshows has been transformed into the popular hybrid bingo slot game in Slingo Deal or no Deal. Take you seat in the famous chair and choose your box, where you’ll be up against the banker. Can you beat him and walk away with the top prize of 2,000x your bet.
Select your stake, pick your lucky box, and the game will begin. Eliminate the remaining boxes through the numbers appearing on the scrolling reel, and once the banker bonus is active you’ll start to receive offers. Keep a look out for the modifier symbols that can appear, these will help with your in-game progression.
It’s time to find out all of the finer details regarding Deal or no Deal Slingo in our full review of the game. Make sure that you try the free play demo so that you can get some practice in before any real money play. This can be accessed on desktop, tablet, and mobile phone.
Slingo Deal Or No Deal Theme & Stakes
Dutch based media company Endemol are behind a number of successful tv programmes, and arguably none more popular than Deal or no Deal. Having undergone a transformation to appear as a number of online slots, it seemed inevitable that Slingo Originals would give it a makeover to the popular slot/bingo game. So here we find ourselves in the studio taking our position in the hot seat to play Slingo Deal or no Deal.
Pitting your wits against the banker and getting into the action on Slingo Deal or no Deal can cost for as little as €1 a game, with the maximum stake to play costing €100. For your initial stake money you will be given 10 spins of the game reel, with the option to buy additional spins offered to you after these have been completed.
Slingo Deal Or No Deal Game & Modifiers
So you’ve chosen your playing stake, but before the number reel begins to spin you will need to choose your lucky box. Once this has been selected you will up against the 5×5 grid of boxes and numbers, and after you hit the spin button the lower escalating reel will reveal 5 numbers. Along with numbers the reel can also contain modifying symbols, with some of these being able to help you out, whilst others are there to try and halt your progress. I’ve put these in the table below so you can see what they, what exactly they do.

Deal or no Deal Slingo in essence has two parts to the game. Initially you have your box which will contain a cash value, and to the left hand side of the grid you have multiplier values that can be applied to the contents of your box. As you mark off the numbers within the grid then you progress up the multiplier ladder and potentially increase your winnings.
For more theatre and entertainment, when you reach 4 lines on the game this will initiate the banker bonus. Now every time that you mark off a box within the grid and the board changes, the banker will call you and make you a cash offer for your box. Just like the gameshow you can choose to accept his offer, or carry on and risk it for a better reward.
Below I’ve highlighted the winning lines on the game, and the multiplier values that they will apply to your box.

I mentioned earlier in the article that it is possible to buy more spins after your initial 10 have ended. There isn’t a fixed price that you will pay for these, as the cost will be decided entirely on how far you have progressed up the multiplier ladder, and what cash values you have already eliminated from the game board.
If you do choose to buy extra spins, then you should be aware that the cost of these can soon start to mount up, especially if you have a good board in play. I always recommend that you set a limit of how much you want to spend per game, and then make sure that you stick to it. There are in-game tools that can help you fix these limits in place.
Slingo Deal Or No Deal Review Final Thoughts
I always enjoy playing the branded games when they get a Slingo makeover, and Deal or no Deal has been expertly converted by Slingo Originals. It is very much played out in the same style as the western themed Slingo Showdown, so if you’ve played that game before and enjoyed it, then it’s likely you’ll enjoy DOND Slingo too.
