Whilst we’re treated to a luxurious theme from ELK Studios for The Grand Galore, it’s pretty much open to interpretation as what the slot is actually about. We’re thinking either some kind of high end theatre or prestigious ball is the actual setting for the game. Either way we’re treated to plenty of dazzle and spark to give us that feeling of how the other half live.
Heading over to the paytable we can see that the lower value symbols are represented by the royal cards jack through to the ace, with pays reaching a maximum of 0.4x when wins are formed with them. The high value and most powerful paying symbols consist of the blue gem, green gem, purple gem, red gem and golden statue, where a 6 of a kind win will pay 0.5x, 0.7x, 0.8x, 0.9x, and 5x respectively.
Spinning the reels on The Grand Galore can take place for just €0.20 a spin, with the maximum bet on the game reaching €100 a play. There are a total of 5 bet sizes for players to choose from that range from €2 down to the minimum stake, as well as a number of betting strategies that can be applied to your play. Expanding Reels
The base game begins on The Grand Galore with 6 reels that are 4 rows in height, this presents players with a total of 4096 possible winning ways. The expanding reels come in to play when you form a winning connection of symbols, with each reel that contains any winning symbols then extending one row in height.
As these reels expand, all of the symbols that helped to make up the win are eliminated from the reels, and those now vacant positions, along with the newly expanding positions, will spin again. All other symbols from the previous spin will remain in place.
These expansions and respins will continue as long as you are making new winning connections on each spin. If you can get all of the reels to expand to 10 rows in height, then you will be playing with the maximum amount of 1,000,000 active paylines.
Synced Respins
Once the respin has been activated during the base game the synced respins modifier may kick into action. When this randomly triggers, between 2 -5 of the reels will sync and when the reels come to a halt the same symbol will be displayed on all synced reels.

All subsequent triggers of the Grand Synced Respin thereafter will see reels 4, 5 and 6 all expanded by one row in height. Again, after this has taken place between 2 – 5 of the reels will sync and all land the same symbol.
Additional free spins may be awarded during the free spin bonus. These can be triggered when 3 or more of the scatter symbols once again land anywhere in view.
