Many of us wonder how we would survive if there were to be a zombie apocalypse, and AMC’s hit series The Walking Dead gave us a glimpse of what that life could be like, with the plot of the show following the fortunes of a group of survivors trying to make it from one day to the next. Inevitably the success of this TV Show would spill over into the world of online slots, and Playtech bring us the stunning title The Walking Dead slot game. Our first stop off in the review is the paytable of the game, where the royal symbols 10, J, Q, K, and Ace, make up the lower value pays. The characters of the show make up the higher value symbols, which feature Negan, Michonne, Daryl, Carol, and Rick, with a 5 of a kind win paying, 2x, 2x, 2x, 2x, and 3x respectively. The Walking Dead Slot Review Final Thoughts
I’ve seen a few videos of The Walking Dead Slot on the casino floors of Las Vegas, and wondered how long it would it would be until we saw an online slot version of this popular TV series. The game itself does in fact remind me a bit of a vegas style machine in general, where there tends to be a lot going on, but you never really seem to win much. Admittedly I did get a few decent hits on the Tower Feature, but nothing that could be really classed as sensational.
Overall I think this is going to be a slot that’s enjoyed by real die hard fans of the series, whilst the novelty may quickly wear off for general online players.
