Holy Heist Slot Theme, Stakes, Pays & Symbols
One thing I’ve noticed from Hacksaw Gaming and its partnering studios in recent months is that 5×4 slots with 14 paylines seem to be the ‘in’ thing. Off the top of my head, Divine Drop has that configuration, Space Zoo as well, and more recently, Slayers INC and Shadow Strike all share the same setup. Aside from that, each slot is entirely different from the others in terms of features and mechanics.
For this part of the Holy Heist slot review, I’ll give you the lowdown on the paytable. Two symbols share the best payout, and that’s the Wild symbol and the Diamond, with both returning 10x for five across a payline. The Gold Bars and the Bag of Cash also share a top payout, this time of 7.5x, and It’s the same again for the Wad of Cash and Grapple Gun with equal returns of 5x. The sharing continues one final time as we enter the lower paying section of the game, with the Ace, King, Queen, Jack, and Ten all returning a maximum of 2x for a winning connection of five.

Holy Heist Slot Base Game
To form winning combinations across the 5×4 reel matrix of Holy Heist, you must land three or more matching symbols across its 14 paylines. Those combos must start from the first reel and move along a payline to the right across consecutive reels.
Reel Multipliers
Above the reels are multiplier values for each of the five reels. At the start of any spin, these are set at 2x, 2x, 3x, 3x, and 5x for reels 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, respectively. If a wild symbol lands on the reels and reveals 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5, the multiplier above the corresponding reel is added to the global win multiplier.
Wild Symbols
Four types of wild symbols can appear on the reels of Holy Heist.
- A Wild with numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5
- Sticky Wilds, which trigger a re-spin. The wild locks in place while all other positions are spun again. Any new wild that lands becomes sticky and triggers another re-spin.
- Expanding Wilds expand to fill their reels on the current spin.
- Like all others, regular wilds substitute for all paying symbols when they can help create or improve a winning combination.
Multiplier Adders
Two multiplier adder symbols can land anywhere in view, improving the multiplier values above the reels. Both can hold values of 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 10x, 15x, 25x, 20x, 100x.
- Purple Multiplier Adder: This adds its multiplier value to the multiplier above the reel it lands on.
- Red Multiplier Adder: This adds its multiplier value to all the values above the reels.
Holy Heist Slot Bonus Features
The main bonus of the Holy Heist slot game is a free spins bonus, which triggers once three or more scatter symbols land anywhere in view. When you land 3, 4, or 5 scatters, you’ll receive 6, 8, or 10 free spins, respectively. Holy Heist Slot Review Final Thoughts
Holy Heist isn't the worst slot I've ever played, even if actual multiplier wins in the base game are about as common as hen's teeth, and from my experience, you won't stand a chance of winning many of those until you trigger the free spins bonus. That said, I enjoyed the slot due to its variety of wild symbols, features, and the free spins bonus game; it's just not a release that's likely to get the pulses of slot players racing.
